Avocados are probably my favorite food. They are a great source of healthy fat, fiber, vitamin C, potassium (more than a banana!) and more.
Many people ask me how to prepare avocados, as they can look a little intimidating if you're not familiar. So I decided to make a quick video on how to make a quick guacamole to top veggies, meat or to use as a dip.
They have a very mild taste and can also be added to smoothies, puddings and desserts for a healthy, creamy texture.
You don't have to slice the avocado before scooping, but I wanted to show you how to do it in case you just wanted slices or cubes for other uses.
