Many of you have read my blog about how I changed my body using a rest-based exercise program developed by a fellow Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Jade Teta.
I loved it so much that I actually became an affiliate for them, which as many of you know, I only do with programs and products that I really believe in.

The picture on the left was actually after I had lost almost 100 pounds, but my body was still saggy and swollen and my hormones were a mess.
The picture on the right was after a year of several rounds of Metabolic Aftershock (which was the original version of what's now called Metabolic Prime), along with several rounds of eating super clean and following a Whole30-like meal plan.

For women especially, it's all about the hormones.
So many women tell me that they do everything "right," they work out every day and still, they have trouble losing weight.
